Use of Aurista
Aurista helps users browse property listings and submit enquiries to sellers. You agree to use the platform lawfully and to provide accurate information when submitting an enquiry or creating a seller account.
Property information
Listing details are provided by sellers and may change over time. Buyers should independently verify ownership, approvals, measurements, pricing, documents, and site conditions before making any transaction decision.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for submitting accurate listing information, valid contact details, and property images they are allowed to use. Aurista may review, reject, update, or remove listings that do not meet platform standards.
Seller fees and payment
Each seller has a per-lead price set on their account. To unlock a buyer's contact details for a lead, you pay Aurista offline — by bank transfer or UPI — and an Aurista admin manually records the payment against your account once it is received. Aurista does not process payments through an online payment gateway; every payment is made directly to Aurista and confirmed by our team, not automatically by the platform.
How lead unlocks work
When a payment is recorded, it is credited to your account and your oldest locked leads are unlocked automatically, oldest first, until the credit runs out. Each lead is charged the price that applied when that lead arrived — not your current price — so a price change never affects leads you were already waiting on. Any credit left over after unlocking a whole number of leads carries forward on your account and is used automatically as new leads arrive. Before a lead is unlocked you see only a masked preview (property, city, and date); the buyer's name and phone number are shown only once that specific lead is unlocked.
Payment corrections
If a payment is recorded in error — the wrong amount, or against the wrong account — Aurista's admin team can reverse it. A reversal adds a correcting entry to your account; it never edits or deletes the original entry, so your record always shows what actually happened, including the mistake. If leads were already unlocked using a payment that is later reversed, those leads stay unlocked — a buyer's phone number cannot be un-shown once revealed. A reversal can leave your account balance negative; while it is negative, no further leads unlock, and your next payment is applied to clear that deficit first.
Lead credit and refund policy
If you believe a lead you paid to unlock was not genuine — for example, an unreachable number, a duplicate, or a competitor — you may report it within 72 hours of unlocking that lead. Aurista's admin team reviews every report and either declines it or approves a credit. An approved credit is added to your account as ledger credit, for the exact amount you were charged to unlock that lead — it is not a cash refund and is not paid out by any other means. Credit is used the same way as any other account balance: to unlock future leads automatically. Decisions on lead credit reports are made by Aurista and are final. Accounts with an unusually high rate of reported leads relative to leads unlocked may be reviewed by our team; reporting a lead is never restricted because of this.
Taxes and invoicing
Aurista does not collect GST or any other tax on unlock fees at this time, and the amount you are asked to pay is the full amount charged — nothing is added to it. We also do not currently issue tax invoices or formal receipts. Your ledger on the seller dashboard is the record of every payment recorded against your account and every lead it unlocked, and you can refer to it at any time. If tax registration or invoicing becomes applicable, we will update these terms and tell sellers before it takes effect — it will not be applied retroactively to payments already made.
Governing law
Aurista operates in India and these terms are governed by Indian law. If a disagreement arises, contact us first — payment and lead-credit questions in particular are usually resolved directly from your ledger record, which shows exactly what was charged and why.
Enquiries and communication
When you submit an enquiry, your details may be shared with the relevant seller so they can contact you. Aurista does not guarantee seller response times or transaction outcomes.
Limitation of liability
Aurista is a discovery and enquiry platform. We are not a party to property transactions between buyers and sellers and are not responsible for independent agreements, payments, documentation, or disputes between users.
